Shipping Policy

Our wholesale shipping service covers orders within India.

Shipping charges

Shipping is ₹500 per order up to and including ₹1,00,000. Shipping is free only for orders above ₹1,00,000. The threshold is based on the goods order value after discounts, including GST.

Dispatch and payment

After you choose products and quantities, we confirm availability and share a formal quotation. Full advance payment is required against that quotation. We dispatch within seven working days after payment receipt and issue the GST invoice on the day of dispatch.

The seven-working-day period is a dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Ask our team about your shipment when discussing the quotation.

Wholesale order requirements

The minimum goods order is ₹50,000 after discounts, including GST. You may mix brands, with a minimum of six units per SKU. Website prices are MRP, including 18% GST; request the inventory sheet by email for wholesale prices.

Damaged deliveries

Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with a proper video recording of opening the package. We analyse the evidence and review and approve eligible claims within 72 hours. Approved damaged-item refunds are issued within seven working days of approval.
