It is formulated with nourishing ingredients extracted from avocado, coconut seed and mango butter, the Lip Matter is a multi-purpose product that instantly mattifies any lipstick formula minus the dryness! Can be used as a moisturising lip base, or as a top coat for a blurred, matte finish.

How to use
- As Lip Base: Take a small amount of content, evenly apply over lips and dap gently. Then apply the desired lip product for silky application. - As Lip Top Coat: Dispense a small amount of content and evenly apply over lipstick. Dap gently for the gorgeous matte finish.
