The non-sticky formula also has a matte finish and is flake-free. It leaves a non-greasy, natural-looking matte finish without clumping or stickiness. Easy to use, it comes with a spoolie that you can comb through your brows for even application.

How to use
1. Adjust the appropriate amount at the brush opening. 2. Slowly comb and fix your brows in shape as you desire your brows to be. 3. Gently swipe focusing on the most prominent part of your cheeks. ✔ Tip: It also can be used to tame stubborn baby hair.
