The Rom&nd Glasting Water Tints are a lightweight formula with buildable pigments that create a 'My Lips But Better (MLBB) look. The Glasting Water Tint shades suit all skin tones and can be layered for a rich colour payoff. The glassy yet dewy finish leaves lips abundantly hydrated, while also maintaining the shiny gloss effect. It works by coating your lips with a glassy film that delivers maximum shine thanks to a separate layer of colour pigments. This special formula allows your lips to look full and plump for longer.
