The Nolahour Vegan Watery Toner is a gentle, soothing toner formulated especially for acne-prone, oily or sensitive skin. Its refreshing watery texture can be used day and night, as it is quickly absorbed without feeling greasy or sticky. The daily-use toner is formulated with Centella Asiatica Leaf Water instead of Purified Water to increase its acne-soothing abilities. It also uses Niacinamide to control excess oil and enlarged pores, and brighten dull skin. Houttuynia Cordata is also a key ingredient that helps control acne triggers and redcue inflammation.
